Schedule Views for Agenda, Day, Week, Month, and Resource
The calendar layouts for an event schedule in BackOps, including multi-day views, Resource view for side-by-side comparison, and the time slot setting.
A view is a layout for looking at an event schedule. The same activities can be shown as a list, a single day, a span of days, a month, or a set of side-by-side columns. Switching views changes how you see the schedule, never the activities themselves. Pick a view from the view selector at the top of the schedule.
Agenda
Agenda lists activities in time order, grouped by day, instead of placing them on a grid. Use it to read a schedule top to bottom when the order and details matter more than how activities sit against the clock.
Day, Multi-Day, and Week
Day shows a single day with hours down the side, for a detailed look at one day.
Multi-day views show 2 to 9 days at once. Pick a span that matches your event: a three-day conference reads well in the 3-day view, with the whole event on screen and no empty days around it.
Week shows seven days starting from the date you are on.
Month
Month shows a full month as a grid of days, for a long-range picture of when the busy stretches fall.
Resource View
Resource view gives each calendar you have turned on its own column for a single day. Instead of every calendar's activities stacking in one set of columns, each crew member, collaborator, or area gets a dedicated lane.
Use it to compare. When you need to see what each room is doing at the same moment, or line up several collaborators' days, Resource view keeps them apart so nothing overlaps. The columns follow the calendars you turn on in the sidebar.
Time Slot Size
The time slot setting divides the day into 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 1 hour rows. Smaller slots show more detail and make dragging and click-and-drag creation more precise. Larger slots fit more of the day on screen.
