The Event Dashboard
What the event dashboard shows when you open an event, including the bulletin, intake, your team, contacts, your agenda, your tasks, and the event profile.
When you open an event, the first thing you see is the event dashboard. It greets you by name and puts your own work for the event, and the shared information everyone on it needs, on one screen, so every crew member and collaborator lands in the right place on show day without hunting for it.
Quick links
Four cards across the top take you to the event's shared pages:
- Bulletin: the event bulletin, where event admins post announcements, call times, and day-of information for the whole team. Event admins edit it from Event Settings › Bulletin.
- Intake: the answers the event was created from. The card shows No intake form and is disabled when the event's type has no intake form. See Event Settings for viewing and editing answers.
- My team: your home collaborator on this event, the group you belong to.
- Contacts: everyone on the event marked as a point of contact, with their collaborator, title, email, and phone.
Your agenda and tasks
Below the cards, your agenda lists the activities you are part of for one day at a time. Use the arrows to move between days, or select the date to jump to any day of the event. Select an activity to see its details, or the agenda's title to open the full schedule.
Tasks lists the open tasks assigned to you on this event, with their due dates. Tasks that are done do not appear. Select one to open it, or select View all to go to project management.
The event's details and profile
Beside your work, the dashboard shows the event's own details: its image, name, Type, and Location, which people with edit access can change in place. Under them is the event profile, the attributes and roles defined by the event's type, grouped into sections with a count of what is complete. Filling it in is covered in The Event Profile.
